Execrable weather caused a gigantic and tragic accident on a Pennsylvania highway involving more than 50 vehicles, including several trucks. The report shows 3 dead and about 20 injured.
Around 10:30 a.m. on March 28, about 50 cars and trucks were caught in a huge pileup on Interstate 81 near the town of Pottsville, in northeastern Pennsylvania, United States. Part of the highway was immediately closed to traffic.
Impressive images of the crash were broadcast on social networks and revealed the extent of this monstrous and deadly collision.

Driving too fast, cars and trucks could not avoid the first damaged vehicles and crashed into each other, causing enormous chaos.

However, the national weather service had warned of the bad weather conditions expected that day in this region, in particular fog and snow squalls, sources of very poor visibility.
