Faced with accusations of sexual assault against Prince Andrew, in the context of the Jeffrey Epstein case, Prince Charles would like to banish him from Winsdor Castle.

A royal source even told English magazine The Sun that ‘Charles wants Andrew to be out of sight and out of the picture’. Already stripped of his military titles, Prince Andrew could also be expelled from the Royal Lodge, where he lives with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, and also from Windsor, when Charles comes to power.

The heir to the British crown would thus like to avoid that he “be photographed every two days, looking happy and greeting as he is led to the castle.” In compensation for this “exfiltration”, he could receive several million pounds from the royal family. Sources quoted by the DailyMail have refused to rule out the possibility that Andrew will remarry Sarah Ferguson, 62, from whom he divorced in 1996.

As a reminder, the second son of Queen Elizabeth II is being sued in civil proceedings in New York for sexual assault on a minor by the American Virginia Giuffre, a victim of the American billionaire Jeffrey Epstein. She claims to have been sexually assaulted three times by Prince Andrew in the early 2000s, when she was a minor, under pressure from Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. A charge that Prince Andrew has always denied.
